Property Listings & Transactions

Listing Standards

Transaction Terms

  • All rental agreements are between tenant and property owner
  • AnchorMatch facilitates introductions but is not party to leases
  • Users are responsible for their own due diligence
  • Disputes should be resolved directly between involved parties

Prohibited Activities

Platform Misuse

Harmful Conduct

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court.
